Teachers & Staff
We've got a dedicated staff that brings our vision of Boundless Learning into the lives of our students everyday.
Nicki Barr, Office Manager
Born and raised in Williamsport, Nicki still resides here with her
husband Aaron, 2 children, Bryce and Ayden, and 2 dogs. In her
spare time, Nicki loves to be outside spending time with her family.
(My family is the key to my heart. I cherish every moment spent
with them). Before becoming a part of the West Branch
Community, she spent 15 years at Wegman’s. During her career
there, she worked as the accounting office manager, Service Desk
manager and nighttime closing manager. She takes pride in the
responsibility and skill she has received during that time and looks
forward to sharing these values at West Branch.
Lili Crum, Teacher
Lili has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's in Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey. She is certified to teach PreK-4th grade, Special Education, and TEFL.
Lili has been a teacher for over sixteen years in many different school environments. At the KIPP Charter School in Washington DC, she taught PreK Math for two years as well as Children's Yoga for students ages 3 to 7. Lili also spent ten years overseas as an ESL teacher at a Montessori school in Taiwan, an International Baccalaureate (IB World School) in Kurdistan-Iraq, and a private school in China. While living overseas Lili has been able to travel to over 102 countries, learning about many local cultures and customs.
With her experience as a world traveler combined with her knowledge of different curricula, Lili is excited to be in a school that allows her to share her passion for teaching. At West Branch School, she can create lessons and activities that allow her students to connect to the world around them and open the students' minds to so many possibilities.
“West Branch School allows me to teach to each child, on their level, in a way that allows for me to see all of the ‘ah-ha moments’ every day. Not only is boundless learning possible at WBS, it is the foundation that the school was built on. WBS gives me the freedom to help my students grow into young people who love to learn, desire to gather more knowledge about the world around them, and look forward to coming to school each day!”
